These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pelinesmexicanrestaurant.com and the online ordering services offered by Pelines Tequila & Mezcal (“Pelines,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You may need an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate contact information so we can fulfill your order and reach you if needed.

Ordering, pricing, and payment

Prices, menu items, and availability are shown at checkout and may change. Your order total may include the item subtotal, applicable service fee, any tip you add, delivery fee (for delivery orders), and taxes, less any discount applied. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by submitting an order you authorize the charge for the amount shown.

Pickup and delivery

For pickup orders, please arrive at the selected location at your chosen time and check in at the front counter. For delivery orders, please provide a complete and accurate address and any instructions needed to complete the delivery. Estimated times are approximate and may vary with demand.

Catering

Catering orders must be placed at least one day in advance of the requested date and time. We may contact you to confirm details for larger or scheduled orders.

Order acceptance, cancellations, and refunds

Every order is subject to acceptance by the restaurant. During peak times or if ingredients are unexpectedly unavailable, we may be unable to accept an order; in that case you will not be charged, or a completed payment will be refunded. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the location as soon as possible — once preparation begins, changes may not be possible.

Food and allergens

Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact the restaurant before ordering. Use special-instruction fields to note requests, though we cannot guarantee against cross-contact.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, place fraudulent orders, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pelines is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
