  • Google sign-in — if you choose “Continue with Google,” we receive your name and email address from your Google account solely to create or access your Pelines account. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Order information — the items you order, add-ons and special instructions, pickup or delivery selection, delivery address, scheduled date/time, and order history.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we retain only limited details such as the card brand and last four digits to identify a transaction.
  • Technical information — basic session and device data needed to keep you signed in and to operate the site securely.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
  • To process, prepare, and fulfill your pickup, delivery, and catering orders.
  • To send order-related emails (confirmations, updates, ready/on-the-way notices, and reminders).
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, and only as needed:

  • Stripe — to process payments.
  • Supabase — for account authentication, database, and hosting.
  • Google — for “Sign in with Google” authentication.
  • Resend — to deliver transactional order emails.
  • Restaurant staff — the location handling your order sees the details needed to prepare and hand off or deliver it.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Google user data

Pelines’ use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the name and email received from Google only to authenticate you and manage your Pelines account, and for no other purpose.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

  • Access and update your contact details from your account settings.
  • Delete your account, which removes your personal profile from our active systems.
  • Contact us with any privacy request using the details below.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
